The after-school adventure their brain and body are asking for.
Ages 5–12. Maryville, TN.
Led by a licensed OT.
Building confidence, real life skills, and lasting friendships!
Sound Familiar?
“Another note home from school.”
Trouble sitting still, focusing or following directions.
“They want friends, but can’t find their people.”
Recess ends alone or in tears. Big feelings come out sideways.
“Sports just aren’t working.”
Overwhelmed on a team, stuck on the bench, or melting down after practice.
It’s not your child!
It’s how much we’re asking of them.
Kids weren’t built for 8-hour days in a chair. Less recess, more screens and packed schedules leave growing brains and bodies without the movement and play they need. It shows up as “behavior” when it’s really a cry for help!
