Nicole Seravello MOT, OTR/L
Owner & Lead Occupational Therapist
Hey There!
I created Wild Roots OT because I believe that your family deserves care that supports you in way that feels natural & relational, and is based in the latest research and best practice!
I'm Certified in the ConTiGo Approach™ — the gold standard in nature-based pediatric OT — and specialize in primitive reflex integration, sensory processing, and developmental support.
With 5+ years of experience as an OT serving clients across the lifespan with a wide range of diagnoses and challenges, I hold a diverse knowledge founded in the latest research to provide excellent, evidence-based care for the families I serve.
My Christian faith shapes the way I show up for the families that I serve — with gentleness, humility, and compassion. Faith-based elements are always welcome for families who share this foundation, though you are in no way required to share these beliefs to participate in our therapeutic services!
Let’s Rediscover Childhood—Together
In a world of screens, schedules, and stress, many children are missing the chance to just be kids.
Our nature-based occupational therapy sessions are a return to what childhood was meant to be—full of wonder, movement, imagination, and connection.

If you are interested in enrolling your child in one of our OT Groups, please submit your application linked at the top of your screen.
You will be able to select your preferences of time, day, and locations that would work for your family.
After the application deadline, we review all applications and form groups based on ages and needs of children who applied.
After review of applications, you will be notified if your child is offered a spot in a group. You will then have 48 hours to pay your deposit to confirm your child’s spot. If you do not reply, we will move to the next child on the waitlist. If your child is not placed, they will remain on the waitlist for upcoming openings in groups.

No. We value all weather play! We will be carefully watching the weather and will cancel services if there is inclement weather that may become hazardous such as lightning or severely cold temperatures. Each family will receive a guide that outlines our weather guidelines and appropriate outerwear to ensure our kids stay safe and are dressed appropriately to experience all the elements.

We are a private pay therapy practice and do not accept medical insurance because we desire to provide the highest level of individualized care that is not afforded under a traditional insurance based model.
If you have out-of network benefits through your medical insurance, we offer superbills (paid-in-full invoices) upon request, if you choose to submit to your insurance after services have been provided.
Adjusted pricing and/or scholarships are offered when funding is available for low-to-moderate income families. Please reach out if necessary to inquire more about our scholarship process.

Each week, our group OT sessions are customized to address the needs and goals of the children in the group. No two groups are alike!
Sessions typically consist of both structured activities and unstructured play. Structured activities may include group games, creative projects, crafts, or making natural whole food snacks. During these activities, we structure activities to support the development of your child’s social skills, attention and fine motor coordination while promoting connections with the other children in the group and with nature!
We always include time for supported free play, giving kids the chance to explore and interact on their own — with guidance and support from the therapist.
