Is Group OT the Right Fit?

We Serve Kiddos With…

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Anxiety

  • Sensory Processing Disorder

  • Etc.

No Formal Diagnosis Needed!

You are the expert on your child!

You may not have a diagnosis, but your kiddo is experiencing regulation challenges that is making life harder than it should be!

This may NOT be the best fit right now if your child:

  • Frequently runs or wanders away beyond close supervision range

  • Engages in harmful or aggressive behaviors that could put themselves or others at risk

  • Requires constant 1:1 support to participate in activities or follow directions

Please see our full behavior policy for more detail.

Unsure if it’s the right fit?

Let’s Talk!

“II don’t want my child to feel like something is wrong with them…”

We hear this all the time—and we couldn’t agree more!

That’s why our groups are designed to feel nothing like a typical therapy setting.

Instead of sitting at a table, your child will be outside—moving, playing, and connecting with others in ways that feel natural and fun.

So much fun, they won’t even know it is therapy!

They won’t feel like they’re being “worked on.”
They’ll feel like they belong!

Why Outdoor Therapy Works!

Children learn through movement, challenge, and real-life interaction!

Through clinically guided, play-based experiences, children practice real-life skills like:

  • Problem-solving

  • Emotional regulation

  • Confidence

  • Social interaction

  • Flexibility and resilience

The proven power of nature serving as a co-therapist with our Certified Nature Based Pediatric OT and group assistants, creates a therapeutic environment that cannot be replicated in a clinic!

  • Intrinsically motivating

  • Real-world problem-solving

  • Real FUN with new friends!

This leads to faster, more meaningful progress than traditional clinic settings!
