Each 60-minute session follows a gentle, predictable rhythm:

    Songs, movement, and a simple introduction to the day’s theme

  • Nature Exploration
    Collecting, discovering, and engaging with the outdoor environment

  • Hands-On Sensory Play & Crafts
    Building, sensory play, and nature-inspired creative activities

  • Movement & Free Play
    Climbing, running, balancing, and child-led exploration

  • Closing Circle
    A calm ending with connection and a simple goodbye ritual
