Individual Therapy Services and Pricing:

An individualized evaluation will be is conducted as the first step in the therapeutic process. At this evaluation, we will assess your child’s skill levels to aid the clinical decision making that informs how we structure future sessions.
Additionally, we schedule private goal planning session to review the results of the evaluation and collaborate to set goals that are most important for your family and child.
This step is required to begin your child’s regular OT sessions.
Evaluation fee: $250

All Wild Roots OT sessions are held outdoors with an expert therapist to address your family’s unique goals.
During these sessions, we skillfully facilitate structured and unstructured play through exploration, outdoor games, nature crafts, and nutritious snack time to build skills such as attention, sensory processing, emotional regulation, confidence, etc.
All sessions are documented with session notes available for your review in your client portal.
Because we value connection through a parent partnership model, we require that at least one parent/caregiver is present throughout all individual sessions to enhance the therapeutic experience for your child.
Individual session pricing:
30 min.- $60
60 min. - $120

If your family is experiencing a specific challenge that requires consultation with your therapist outside of your child’s scheduled therapy session, you have the ability to meet privately with your child’s therapist via phone or video call.
We believe that parent/caregiver partnership is vital to the therapeutic process! We value this chance to collaborate with families to help train, equip, and encourage parents and caregivers so that you can confidently support your child!
Consultation fee: $50 / 30 min.

This location is conveniently located near downtown Maryville, TN and boasts of natural hiking trails, creek access, and shady places for group activity

Hands on Training
Your participation in each session gives you the opportunity to practice using the techniques taught by your child’s therapist to use them at home!
Monthly 1:1 parent consultation calls offer the opportunity for in depth conversations regarding techniques used in therapy sessions.

Payment for Wild Roots OT Groups
Wild Roots OT is a private pay therapy practice. Because we desire to provide the highest level of individualized care for our clients, we do not accept medical insurance which allows us to provide services that go above and beyond with the freedom to practice in a family-centered way.
If you have out-of network benefits through your medical insurance, we offer superbills (paid-in-full invoices) upon request, if you choose to submit to your insurance for reimbursement after services have been provided.
We offer package pricing with one-time or monthly payment options over the course of the program. Adjusted pricing and/or scholarships are offered for low-to-moderate income families when funding is available.
